To ensure your order is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible, please take note of our order cut-off times below.
Same-Day Processing
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+6) on business days (Monday–Friday) will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next available business day.
Order Processing Schedule
- Monday – Friday: Orders processed same day if placed before 5:00 PM
- Saturday – Sunday: Orders processed on the following Monday
- Public Holidays: Orders processed on the next business day
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is processed, delivery times will depend on your selected shipping method and location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
